Ingredients

green pepper (chopped)

onion (chopped)
1 pound
"meat" crumbles
15 ounces
light kidney beans
15 ounces
dark kidney beans
28 ounces
crushed tomatoes
15 ounces
diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons
chili powder
1 tablespoon
cumin
   
garlic powder (to taste)
   
salt & pepper (to taste)
   
tobasco (to taste)

Instructions

1. In a large pot, saute onion & green pepper in a bit of oil until soft.
2. Add "meat" crumbles. Cook until heated through.
3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
