Italian tofu

1 package
1⁄2 cups
italian dressing


Press tofu by:
Layer a cutting board or bowl with two layers of towels and place tofu on towels.
Lay a fresh towel on top of tofu.
Gently press down on towel to remove any initial water.
Remove damp towel and place two layers of fresh towels on top of tofu.
Carefully place a bowl or other weight on top of towels to press down on tofu.
Let sit for at least fifteen minutes.

Marinate the tofu in the vinaigrette for an hour before cooking.

Preheat the oven to 375. Spread out the marinated tofu on an ungreased baking sheet, and bake for about 20 minutes on each side until crispy edges.
