1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package.
2. Embed the cut garlic cloves in the juicy pockets of the tomatoes. Shower the tomatoes with dried oregano, basil, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Pop in the oven and roast 'em up, anywhere from 375 - 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
3. Once tomatoes are done, add to pasta, drippings and all.
