Brussels Sprout Chips

1⁄2 pounds
brussels sprouts (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon
olive oil
2 tablespoons
grated parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
salt & pepper


In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with oil, Parmesan, and garlic powder, salt & pepper. Bake at 360° for 5 minutes, toss, and bake 5 minutes more, until crisp and golden.
