Revamped for the 25-26 IAR/ISA changes! 
Just like every year, Pearson/ISBE changed everything on us. I did my best to match everything up based on the (sometimes contradictory) accommodation field manual.

IARrific is a souped-up version of the Accommodations state student page. It does not replace the state page, but instead creates a new student page called "IAR/ISA/DLM" under Student Profile.
The accommodations for ELA/Math/Science are hidden until the ela_accommodations/math_accommodations/science_accommodations check boxes are checked. This way it is super-easy to search for students who have any accommodations marked.

Form validation has been added to only allow marking accommodations if requirements are met.

Teachers can edit accommodations as well (off by default). You can turn it on by going to District Management > District Setup > Additional System Preferences. Also on this screen, you can decide if teachers should have the ability to set “Alternative Assessment Indicator (DLM-AA)”.

In addition, this plugin includes the following reports linked at the bottom of the Data and Reporting > Reports > Compliance Reports:

  • IAR/ISA Accommodations Upload - CSV files generated from this report (should) upload correctly into the Illinois Administration Platform/ADAMexam system.
  • IAR/ISA Print Student Test Tickets - Use to generate IAR/ISA testing tickets grouped by home_room, grade_level, or class expression(s). Figure districts (mine included) might want to sort tickets in ways other than alphabetical like ADAMexam does it.
  • IAR/ISA Form Conflicts - Use to find students with accommodations marked which would cause multiple forms to be selected for a single subject. A no no with the way ADAMexam is setup for 25-26 testing. REVIEW THIS BEFORE UPLOADING TO ADAMexam.
     

PLEASE NOTE: The fields used in this this plugin do not match up with fields used in the built in student Compliance > Accommodation page. I wont bore you with the history.
But as a little bonus, if you click on a field's label on my page, it will copy that field's name to your clipboard for easy searching.

Post Install Setup:

  • Set page permissions on the new IAR/ISA/DLM student screen so only those groups editing/viewing test info can access it (optional but encouraged).
  • Optionally turn on editing in the teacher portal by going to District Management > District Setup > Additional System Preferences.
  • Remove everyone's access to the built in student Compliance > Accommodations page. You would not want staff entering information into both this page and the built in page as they use different fields in the database (optional but encouraged).
Version History

4.0.1 - Left off Braille Writer/Refreshable Braille Device as counting toward the AT/Screen Reader form. This has been corrected in both the student pages and upload template.
4.0 - Updated accommodations and form validations for 25-26 IAR/ISA testing. The student page now shows which form will be assigned to each subject based on accommodations selected. The IAR/ISA Accommodations Upload report has been updated to the 25-26 format, with the same form selection logic. New IAR/ISA Form Conflicts report added.
3.2.1 - Small change to the Calculation Devices and Mathematics Tools accommodation validation.

3.1 - Added the option to have teachers edit accommodations and if teachers should have the ability to set “Alternative Assessment Indicator (DLM-AA)”. Fixed validation for the "Extensions" accommodation.
3.0.1 - Fixed the validation on text-to-speech for math. It shouldn't require an IEP/504.
3.0 - Complete revamp to house 2025 accommodations for the Illinois Administration Platform until state reporting catches up. Removed fields that don't make sense anymore, like session/class names. Removed the "administrative considerations" section and the option to turn it off. Included a report to generate CSV files for upload to Illinois Administration Platform.
2.1 - Updated a few of the science accommodations to mirror changes made in the 24.10 IL state reporting update. Also updated the optional SQLreports with these changes. Added titles to radio button labels so you can see what value is stored in the database. 
2.0.1 - Corrected some of the field names under "Fields on this page". 
2.0 - Includes ISA/Science Accommodations for PAN!  The state reporting folks changed some of the field names for ELA/math as well in 24.3. Those have been updated. Added a note about creating separate sessions for read aloud. And a bunch of other fixes to the validation scripts.
1.6 - Support for the "Enhanced Navigation" in PS 23.5. Must be on on PS version 22.5 or later to install.
1.5 - ELA Extensions accommodation added to be in sync with state reporting update 22.3.2 release on 3/23/22.
1.4 - IAR Human Signer for Test Directions accommodations added to bring in line with 20.12.1 state reporting update.
1.3 - Added new accommodations/admin considerations to align with PS state reporting update 20.11.2. Swapped out the DLM-AA indicator for the Alternative Assessment Indicator used on the IL Demographics Enrollment because that is what creates the DLM Pre-ID in SIS. Added an option in District > Miscellaneous to hide the Administration Considerations as districts may not care to track/upload those to PAN. Other minor bug fixes.
1.2 - Minor option changes to coincide with the state reporting 19.12.1 release. Minor changes to field validation to match the Spring 2020 PNP document. Now the Dual Language state field is taken into account for validation on Math Transadaptation into Spanish and Math Text-to-Speech accommodations.
1.1 - The accommodation "Spanish Transadaptation of the Mathematics Assessment" no longer requires the student to be marked LEP.
1.0 (IARrific) - Changed plugin name to IARrific. Cosmetic changes from PARCC to IAR. Removed the ESOL Participation Code field for DLM-AA.
