Ingredients

1⁄2 cups
flour
1⁄2 cups
wheat flour
3⁄4 cups
oatmeal
1 teaspoon
baking powder
3⁄4 teaspoons
baking soda
1 3⁄4 teaspoons
cinnamon
3⁄4 teaspoons
salt
1
egg
3⁄4 cups
brown sugar
1⁄2 cups
vegetable oil
1⁄2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
1
toddler size jar of carrot baby food

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Combine dry ingredients (first 7)

3. Combine moist ingredients

4. Stir by hand only until mixture is moist. Do not over stir.

5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees.
