Ingredients

2 1⁄4 cups
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
1 cup
butter (softened)
3⁄4 cups
brown sugar (packed)
1⁄4 cup
sugar
3 2⁄5 ounces
instant chocolate pudding mix
2  
eggs
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
2 cups
semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons
baking soda

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda, set aside.

3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

Notes

Usually 10 min cooking with big beefy size cookies!
