          Ingredients
          1 onion (chopped)
          16 ounces black beans
          16 ounces kidney beans
          8 ounces tomato sauce
          10 ounces corn (drianed)
          30 ounces diced tomatoes with chilies
          1 package reduced-sodium taco seasoning
          1 tablespoon chili powder
          24 ounces 99% fat free chicken breasts
              Instructions
              Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a slow cooker and mix well.
Place chicken breasts on the top, and press it down slightly.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Remove chicken breasts and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker, and mix everything together.
