Cheest Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

3 cups farfalle pasta
3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1⁄4 cup milk
4 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
1 teaspoon dijon mustard (optional)

1. Bring water to boil in large pot. Add pasta and chicken. Return to boiling. Add broccoli during last 7 minutes of cooking. Cook until pasta is tender and chicken is fully cooked. Drain. Return to pot.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients until cream cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Can omit chicken and stir in 2 cups cubed ham with the cream cheese.
