Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups seasoned croutons (crushed)
1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon water
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch strips)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Put parchamtn paper on baking sheet
in medium bowl, combine croutons, cheese, and spices
In small bowl, whisk egg whites and water
Dip each chicken strip into egg mixtures, then into crouton mixture
Arrange strips in single layer
Bake 14 - 16 minutes
