Peronti Stuffing

Ingredients
2 bread (Mother's All Butter)
1 1⁄2 cups butter
1 bunch celery
24 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
2 onions (chopped)
2 cans beef broth
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Melt 3/4 cups of butter. Toast bread slices and brush with melted butter. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Place bread in a very large bowl.

3. Saute celery, mushrooms and onion in 1/2 cup of butter. Add 1 can of broth. Add seasoning.

4. Mix bread cubes with vegetables. Add more broth of too dry.

5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
