Ingredients
2 pita (7in)
4 tablespoons pesto
1⁄2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 plum tomatoes (sliced)
2 tablespoons fresh basil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Place pitas on baking sheet lightly sprayed with oil.
Spread 2 Tbsp pesto on each pita, top with cheese.
Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven & top with tomato & basil.
