Ingredients
1 mild bob evans suasage roll
1 hot bob evans suasage roll
3 egg (save 1 egg white)
1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
3 tubes cresent rolls
Instructions
Brown the sausage.
Combine with egg (save 1 egg white), mozzarella, parm, and oregano.
Unroll crescent rolls, spread filling and roll back up.
Brush rolls with remaining egg white and cook according to the crescent roll directions.
