Skillet Chicken & Vegetables Parmesan

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1⁄4 cup zesty italian dressing
1 pound chicken breast halves (bonless, skinless)
1 teaspoon basil (dried)
1 teaspoon pepper
10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Instructions

1. COOK garlic in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 1 min. Add chicken, 3/4 tsp. basil and pepper; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF).

2. ADD vegetables and remaining basil; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

3. SPRINKLE with cheese.
