Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 package italian dressing mix
4 ounces light cream cheese (cubed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 packages riced cauliflower (frozen)
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray
Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle on italian dressing mix
Cook on low for 4 hours
Add cubed cream cheese & cream of mushroom soup. Cook another 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
Cook up riced cauliflower and serve.
