Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 package italian dressing mix
4 ounces light cream cheese (Cubed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 packages riced cauliflower
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle on italian dressing mix
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Shred chicken and add cubed cream cheese & cream of mushroom soup and cook another 30-40 minutes until bubbly. stir & serve.
Cook up riced cauliflower and serve.
