Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts
1 jarred roasted red peppers (drained and sliced)
3 1⁄2 ounces pesto
8 ounces spaghetti noodles
1⁄2 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
Instructions
Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker. top with roasted red peppers, then pesto. cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred the chicken
Toss cooked spaghetti & cheese with chicken
