Stuffed mediterranean Turkey peppers

1 cup quinoa or cous cous
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion (small, chopped)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon mediterranean season (heaping Tbsp, from spice house)
  salt and pepper
1 pound ground turkey
1⁄2 cup chopped feta
4 bell peppers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil water for quinoa or couscous. Cook accordingly. Which couscous or quinoa is cooking, chop onion and sauté in pan with olive oil and garlic until translucent. Add turkey, Mediterranean seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook until turkey is well done. Mix turkey, quinoa or couscous thoroughly and feta. Cut off the tops of peppers and Scoop mixture into peppers stuffing to the top. Any left over mixture can be place into a baking dish and cooked on the side in oven. Bake peppers in over for 25-30 mins.
